Vijay Deverakonda arrives in chopper at the mega event of Puri Jagannadh 'JanaGanaMana- (JGM)'

Earlier we had reported about Puri Jagannadh and Vijay Deverakonda's second collaboration after their yet-to-be-released ‘Liger’. Finally today, the film took shape. Vijay’s next film has been kickstarted today in Mumbai in a grand way.

Mahalaxmi

) in Mumbai by a special chopper. He looked dapper cool as he sported an Army dress. He will be reportedly playing a soldier in this project. He made a special entry and surprised one and all present at the venue. This film features Charmme Kaur, Puri Jagannadh and Vamsi Paidipally and will be reportedly titled ‘JGM’.



The action entertainer written and directed by Puri Jagannadh will be reportedly released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. Speaking about the same director Puri Jagannadh says, “He’s extremely happy to unveil the announcement of his next project ‘JGM’ and the film will be an ultimate action entertainer”.

Whereas its actor Vijay Deverakonda says, "He is super excited about ‘JGM’ and it is one of the most striking and challenging scripts that he has come across. The story will touch every Indian. He feels honoured to be part of this project as it is a new character for him that he never explored before".


Vamshi Paidipally, Producer of Srikara Studios said, “It gives immense pleasure to be collaborating with Vijay, Puri and Charmme Kaur on the prestigious project. They’re confident that the film will be received well. The film shoot will commence next month April 2022 and will be shot across multiple international locations, the film will be released on 3rd August 2023".

On the other hand, Vijay will be seen in a sports drama written and directed by Puri Jagannadh. Veteran world heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson will be making his Indian cinema debut with this film. The film is shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi and is scheduled to be released on 25th August 2022.
