Video: Nikhil's ''Karthikeya 2'' shoot stalled due to bad weather

Filming of ''Karthikeya 2'' has run into trouble with Mother Nature. The film stars Nikhil Siddharth in the lead is on the first schedule, which involved a shoot in the scenic Sissu in Himachal Pradesh.
Unfortunately, the team of ''Karthikeya 2'' have been trapped in Sissu town in the Lahaul valley of Himachal Pradesh due to heavy snowfall in the region.Apparently, Nikhil, Anupama Parameswaran and several other cast members got stuck in the snowstorm. An action sequence will be filmed with state-of-the-art technology once the weather conditions get back to normal.
The film crew members of Karthikeya 2, who have been in the region for the last few days, have been stranded in the small town with only minimum facilities. The locals had said that they had not experienced such snowfall in the last so many years. There is also a possibility of more snowfall in the coming days, sources said.

''Karthikeya'' 2 is a sequel to 2014’s hit film ''Karthikeya'' has been directed by Chandoo Mondeti and produced by TG Vishwa Prasad, Abhishek Agarwal and Vivek Kuchibotla under the banner of People Media Factory in association with Abhishek Agarwal Arts. The technical crew of the film includes Kaala Bhairavafor music and Karthik Gattamneni for cinematography and Goutham Nerusu for editing.
