Veteran director’s daughter debuts into film production

Kodi Ramakrishna is a legendary filmmaker in Telugu cinema. He has been an acclaimed writer and director for a wide range of superhit films, Not just the Telugu industry, but he has also directed quite a few Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi films.
Now his elder daughter Kodi Divya Deepthi is getting into film production. Her upcoming film features young actor Kiran Abbavaram and Sanjana Anand in the lead roles and will be directed by the debutant Karthik Shankar.
The film will be presented under Kodi Ramakrishna’s presentation. Its grand launch took place in the Annapurna Studios on October 8. Several Tollywood Big wigs and celebs graced the event wishing Divya and the entire team a grand success.
The event also saw Telangana Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav, K Raghavendra Rao, Murali Mohan, Allu Aravind, SV Krishna Reddy, Atchi Reddy, music composer Koti, and others making their presence making the movie launch event a star-studded affair.




The event opened with Ramalingeswara Rao sounding the first clap and filmmaker AM Ratnam switching on the camera while K. Raghavendra Rao directed the first shot of the movie. Mani Sharma is reported to be composing the music for this youthful entertainer.
