Venkatesh’s Naarappa has completed a major chunk of shooting in Rayalaseema and other locations before lockdown. However, the pandemic and the lockdown brought the shooting to a standstill not only for this film but also every other film in the country.
Today however we hear that the shoot will begin from October. If everything goes as per planned the film will resume shooting in October with proper sanitation and safety precautions.
The report further added that Venkatesh is hoping to call it a wrap in a single schedule. On the other side, neither the actor nor the makers have made any official announcement about the same.
Naarappa, a remake of the Tamil hit film Asuran which is itself based on the novel Vekkai by Poomani, has been directed by

The film also stars Priyamani, Prakash Raj, Karthik Rathnam, Murali Sharma and Sampath Raj in crucial roles. Mani Sharma has been roped in to compose music while Shyam K Naidu is handling the camera. Marthand K Venkatesh will edit the flick.
