Venkatesh to do an action film

It has been a while since Venkatesh acted in an complete action movie. Director Boyapati Seenu's 2007 release, ���������Tulasi���������, was his last action flick.
Perhaps that���������s why Venky decided it was time to do an edge-of-the-seat-action-flick. ���������Venkatesh has been mostly doing family entertainers off late but not many people realize that he has an excellent track record with action films.Be it ���������Bobbili Raja���������, ���������Coolie No.1��������� or ���������Lakshmi���������, all his action films have been huge hits at the BO. We are confident that this film will turn out to be a huge hit as well,��������� says script writer Gopi Mohan, who worked on the script along with Kona Venkat. Meher Ramesh will direct the film that is to be produced by Paruchuri Prasad.
Apparently, Venky gave the nod to be a part of the film after listening to the first narration itself. ���������We will start shooting the film from January. It is going to be a big budget film and there will be plenty of entertainment packed in as well. The screenplay will stand out,��������� adds Venkat.
