Varun Tej starrer 'Matka' set to captivate audiences with THESE three leading ladies

Varun Tej is gearing up for his next venture, the much-anticipated vintage drama 'Matka.' Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Karuna Kumar, the film is set to feature not one, not two, but three talented heroines in leading roles.

Meenakshi Chaudhary has been announced as the leading lady in the film. Joining her is the multi-talented Bollywood's Norah Fatehi, whose involvement initially sparked rumours of an item song appearance. However, it has been revealed that Nora Fatehi will have a substantial role, requiring a whopping 36 days of filming to capture her character's essence as per a Glute report.

Adding another name to the star-studded cast is Saloni Aswani who is a well-known model and actress in the Telugu film industry. Although she won't be sharing romantic scenes with Varun Tej, her presence is set to bring a political angle to the story, she will be seen taking a pivotal role in the film.

Varun Tej prepares to step into his vintage avatar for the film. He will be seen in four different looks in the film. Recently, rumours have been circulating about the movie being shelved, however, the producer of the film announced that Varun Tej had cut his hair for his previous film and now is waiting for his hair to grow for the part, which led to a delay in the shoot. 'Matka' will be a pan-India film expected to offer fans a fresh and compelling story with drama, intrigue, and political themes.

Varun Tej was last seen in the aerial action film, 'Operation Valentine'.
