Varun Tej is gearing up for his next titled '
Matka'. The makers took to social media today to announce that the film is in its final leg of shooting in Hyderabad at the Ramoji Film City.
The announcement read, "And the End Game Begins... The final schedule of Mega Prince Vatun Tej's #MATKA is underway."
The film is said to have Varun Tej playing the role with four different looks. The film will be shot in Telugu but dubbed and released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.

Karuna Kumar, the film stars Varun Tej, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Nora Fatehi, Kishore Kumar G, Naveen Chandra, and Ravindra Vijay, among others. The film is based on the Matka King Ratan Khatri, a real-life story of a man who gained prominence in North India due to his links to the illegal gaming industry.
'Matka' is a high-budget project, and the film's music is composed by GV Prakash Kumar. The technical crew of the film consists of cinematographer Kishore Kumar and editor Karthika Srinivas. The makers had earlier announced that the second schedule of shooting will begin from June 19 in Hyderabad and they have erected new sets that are mounted on a large canvas with a high budget.
