Varalakshmi Sarath Kumar starrer 'Sabari' launched

Varalakshmi Sarath Kumar, the Tamil-Telugu actress who has been playing a variety of roles such as the antagonist in Ravi Teja’s 'Krack' and a smart lawyer in Allari Naresh’s 'Naandi', has impressed everyone with her versatility rather than being limited to certain monotonous characters.
Varalakshmi, who happens to be R.Sarathkumar’s daughter, has now gained new fans in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam and is now coming up with yet another brand new character called ‘Sabari’.
She is playing the lead role in the film that is being produced by Mahendranath Koondla under the banner of ‘Maha Movies’ and introducing Anil Katz as the director of his film.
The film will have its release in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi languages and the film was officially launched in Hyderabad today.
Senior director Madan switched on the camera for the muhurta shot and ‘Naandhi’ producer Satish Vegeshna gave the clap. Whereas senior Directors B. Gopal did the Honorary Direction for the above movie while Senior producer Pokuri Baburao was present at the occasion. The makers have also released the concept poster of the movie during the film launch.


Speaking at the event director debut director Anil Katz says, "The film is an intense psychological thriller set against the crime backdrop. The main attraction of the movie is Varalakshmi Sarath Kumar’s characterization. I am happy to be making my directorial debut with this film and Thanks to our producer Mahendranath for giving me this opportunity. "
The Film Producer Mahendranath Koondla says, "Varalakshmi Sarath Kumar is doing a new kind of role in 'Sabari' which we haven’t seen before. The story and screenplay will be new. We will start our regular shoot from the 11th of this month and will be pictured in the beautiful locales of Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam and Kodaikanal." He added.
The film will be having casting from across all the industries such as Ganesh Venkatraman, Shashank, Mime Gopi, Sunayana, Rajshree Nair, Prabhu, Krishnateja, Bindu Pagidimarri, Ashrita Vemuganti, Harshini Koduru, Archana Anant, Kamakshi Bhaskarla, 'Rachcha' Ravi, Baby Niveksha, Baby Kritika ' Raghava, Harishchandra and others playing other important characters in the film.
