Urvashi Rautela reportedly charged THIS whopping amount for her role in 'Daaku Maharaaj'

Urvashi Rautela has been in the news for her role in the action-packed film 'Daaku Maharaaj', which stars Nandamuri Balakrishna. Recent reports suggest that the actress charged a hefty remuneration for her performance.
As per ET Now Urvashi charged a staggering Rs 3 crore for her three-minute appearance in the film, translating to about Rs 1 crore per minute. This fee has raised eyebrows, especially considering that some of her recent films have not performed well at the box office. Despite this, Urvashi's star power and influence as an actress and social media personality have made her a sought-after figure in the industry.
'Daaku Maharaaj,' which was released on January 12, 2025, during the Sankranthi festival, features Balakrishna in a powerful role as an officer who takes a stand against injustice. The film follows his transformation into a fearless bandit known as Daaku Maharaaj as he battles an oppressive family to bring justice to the people. Alongside Balakrishna, the film boasts a stellar cast that includes Bobby Deol, Pragya Jaiswal, Shraddha Srinath, and others.

The film is currently streaming on Netflix. However, there have been reports circulating that the OTT platform may have edited out her scenes from the film as promotional materials for the film were released without featuring Urvashi. Fans expressed confusion and concern over her absence from the promotional poster, leading to discussions about whether her scenes had been cut entirely. Later, the streaming platform shared additional promotional content that included Urvashi’s image multiple times.
