UNSEEN PHOTOS from Rana Daggubati's bride-to-be Miheeka Bajaj's Mehendi ceremony

As part of the pre-wedding festivities of Rana Daggubati and Miheeka Bajaj, the Mehendi ceremony was held on Thursday at the bride-to-be’s residence in Jubilee Hills and the atmosphere was filled with laughter and music as Miheeka and her squad decked up for the occasion. Classic colours like white and pink have been used as the theme for Mehendi. As reported earlier, the pellikoduku ceremony along with Ganesh puja took place at the Daggubati residence on Friday and it was followed by mata ki chowki ceremony at Bajaj’s place. Meanwhile, several photos from the Mehendi have surfaced on the internet since morning and scroll down to have a look at them.

After stunning in a gorgeous yellow outfit for her Haldi, Miheeka slipped into a pink jacket lehenga paired with polka and pearl for her Mehendi. After being seen in a white dhoti-kurta for Roka and Haldi, bridegroom-to-be Rana opted for a white Chinese-collared button down shirt and trousers for the fun-filled event.

Samantha Akkineni was among the few attendees to make it to Miheeka Bajaj’s mehendi ceremony on Thursday evening. Becoming the cynosure of all eye, the 33-year-old actress opted for a pineapple yellow hand-embroidered jacket with a tiered top and flared pants. She complemented her attire with a shell studded choker and chic high ponytail.

For her Mehendi, Miheeka slipped into a pink jacket lehenga paired with a deep cut jacket. With smokey eyes and understated lips, she accessorised the attire with statement kundan maang tika and chandelier earrings. Speaking to Hyderabad Times about Mehendi, Miheeka’s mother Bunty Bajaj said “While Wednesday’s haldi ceremony was a traditional affair, we decided to have a modern theme for the mehendi function. We used classic colours like white and pink for the theme as we wanted to have an elegant feel to it”

In the above photo, Miheeka Bajaj can be seen posing with her brother Samarth who looks handsome in a green olive traditional menswear. Samarth oversees the production and management of his family’s jewellery business. His wife Sasha is the sister of Bollywood’s leading fashion designer, Kunal Rawal.

Rana Daggubati and Miheeka Bajaj’s wedding on August 8 is going to be a close-knit affair with family members and a few friends in attendance. Owing to the rising impact of COVID-19, not more than 30 attendees will be present at the venue. “Everybody who will attend the wedding will get tested for Covid-19. We will also keep sanitisers across the venue and maintain social distance. It’s a happy occasion and we want to make it a safe one too,” shared Suresh Babu to Hyderabad Times.

Hailing from a prominent business background, Miheeka is the founder of an event management company, Dew Drop Design Studio. She is also a writer at a popular online interior and architect magazine. Her mother Bunty Bajaj is a prominent name in the jewellery business industry and her store is a favourite hotspot for jewellery connoisseurs.
