After working together in the powerful rural drama 'Dasara,' Natural Star Nani and director Srikanth Odela have reunited for their next big venture, 'The Paradise.' While the makers have remained tight-lipped, a recent update suggests that they have locked the film's heroine.Kayadu Lohar cast in bold roleAs per a report by Gulte, actress Kayadu Lohar has been roped in as the female lead opposite Nani. The actress, who recently impressed audiences with her performance in 'Dragon,' is set to play a bold and challenging character in 'The Paradise.' According to the same report, she will be seen essaying the role of a sex worker, a character that reportedly required an unusual amount of courage and conviction due to its emotional intensity and the physical demands it comes with. It is said that many actresses were hesitant about taking on the role because of the strong scenes.The movie has been highly talked about for its first look, where Nani was seen with braids. Welcome to #TheParadise." The 49-second BTS video gave a small glimpse into Raghav's physical transformation for the film. Director Srikanth Odela, who is featured in the video, was heard talking about the character to Raghav. He described him as being a "thin fellow, how he reigns," and teased a "unique moustache" and a masculine, potentially intimidating character.
The music is being composed by Anirudh Ravichander.It will be released in multiple languages, including English and Spanish, for worldwide appeal on March 26, 2026.
