'The offers that came my way weren't very exciting': Ravi Teja on signing Bollywood films

The official trailer for Ravi Teja's pan-India film, 'Tiger Nageswara Rao,' was unveiled yesterday at a big event in Mumbai. The movie, directed by Vamsee Krishna, is all set to hit theatres on October 20. Since then, the highly anticipated pan-India action thriller has been generating a lot of excitement.

During the trailer launch event, Ravi Teja expressed his gratitude towards director Vamsee and talked about his plans for making a Bollywood debut.

When asked about his plans to do a Hindi-language film during the event, Ravi Teja explained that he hadn't received any appealing offers yet. He said, "I haven't received any good opportunities. The offers that came my way weren't very exciting. But whatever is happening is probably for the best. Let's hope for the best."


Interestingly, this marks Ravi Teja's first foray into the pan-Indian film market, where the movie will be released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. The film's storyline is based on one of India's most infamous thieves.


'Tiger Nageswara Rao' boasts an impressive cast and crew, with Ravi Teja in the lead role, alongside Anupam Kher, Gayathri Bharadwaj, and Nupur Sanon in significant roles. The film is set in the 1970s and tells the story of a real-life thief with the same name. The music for the film is composed by GV Prakash.
