KRITI SANON Making her much-anticipated acting debut opposite Mahesh Babu in the Telugu movie, One, Kriti Sanon, will be playing a news correspondent.

CHARMME After playing several women-centric roles, actor Charmme will be essaying the character of a TV correspondent in her forthcoming film, Prathighatana directed by Thammareddy Bharadwaja. Charmme���s role in the political drama is said to be one of the most powerful roles she has essayed so far in her career. Talking more about her character, Charmme says, ���I was very excited about my role after listening to the script. Playing a journalist has been an eye-opening experience. HANSIKA MOTWANI Hansika will be seen playing a journalist in her forthcoming film, Biriyani. The actor, who���ll essay the character of Priyanka, a television reporter in Venkat Prabhu���s directorial, says she is ���excited to play a reporter for the first time.��� Speaking on playing a journalist, Hansika says, ���I have great respect for the profession (journalism) and I always knew playing a reporter was a tough job. After stepping into their shoes, albeit through a role, my respect for journalists has increased. I was extremely careful about the part and have also done a fair bit of research for it.���
