Tanish Alladi appears before the ED in Hyderabad: Tollywood drugs & money laundering case

actor and former child artist Tanish Alladi appeared before the Enforcement Directorate to face questioning on Friday.

The actor was spotted arriving at the ED office in the city before 10:30 AM to answer questions related to

money laundering

and

drugs

. While the actor was not seen carrying a folder of his

financials

he is expected to have brought them alone to explain them to the authorities. The actor will now be questioned for most part of the day regarding his financial transactions in the last few years and his alleged connection to an individual named Calvin, who’s the main accused in the case.


Puri Jagannadh, Charmmee Kaur, Rakul Preet Singh, Rana Daggubati, Ravi Teja, Nandu and Navdeep have already been questioned by the ED previously. The actors were questioned for the most part of the day and its expected that Tanish will also face the same. Reports state that Calvin and a few others might also be called in for questioning while Tanish is present at the ED office. The actor and others summoned by the ED were already questioned by a SIT of the Telangana State Excise and Prohibition Department but it led to no arrests. The team recently told the High Court that they had no material or evidence to supply to the ED other than charge sheets related to the cases.
