Taapsee Pannu is headed down south and has begun shoot for her Telugu-Tamil
bi-lingual
titled ‘
Game Over
’.
Announcing the same on her social media, the actress wrote, “When all risk takers flock together this is what comes out of it. #GameOver. Next bilingual (Tamil/Telugu). With this quirk king of a director @Ashwin_saravana co-written by #KaavyaRamkumar. Produced and presented by the content churners @StudiosYNot and the biggie @RelianceEnt.” (sic)
Ashwin Saravanan, who previously directed the
Tamil
films ‘
Maya’ in 2015 and ‘
Iravaakaalam
’ in 2017, will be directing this film, which will release in 2019. He wrote on social media yesterday, “#Gameover. My third feature film. Shoot starts tomorrow. This is an update I never thought I’ll share this year. Thank you Y not studios for everything. Happy to collaborate with Taapsee pannu, an actor I’ve been trying to work with for sometime now. @taapsee @sash041075” (sic) The actress replied to that with, “I warn u I am an addiction. See u on sets tomorrow.” (sic)
The shoot for the film is all set to begin today and the quirky poster has created enough intrigue about the film’s content. Taapsee can be seen sitting in a wheel-chair with broken feet in the poster. The poster is not just uniquely designed with lots of geometric shapes, but also has elements of video games in the title. The actress even posted videos from the muhurat of the film's shoot on her social media few hours back. Further details of the film are awaited.
