Sundeep Kishan is playing the lead in director Mallik Ram's upcoming Telugu comedy series 'Super Subbu' Recently, the actor mentioned he found the story to be an "untold reality" that will find love from the audience.

As per a report by IANS, Sundeep mentioned how storytelling in today's era has evolved and filmmakers can make content relevant to society. He called the series about something rarely discussed but relatable to everyone. "These are stories that deserve to be told, and I'm glad to be a part of it all. The premise is so refreshing whilst celebrating the joy of the simple moments in life. The energy in the characters and humor in the writing make the entire show come to life with a smile on your face," he said.
For the unversed, it is an offbeat show about a man who unexpectedly finds himself assigned to teach sex education in the fictional village of Maakhipur, despite being the least qualified person for the job.

He mentioned how sex education is still a taboo subject in many parts of India, and people either ignore it or treat it as something shameful. He wanted to use storytelling as a way to break this silence.
Mithila Palkar on her refreshing new role
'Super Subbu,' which also stars Mithila Palkar, describes the series as not just a comedy but a mix of heartfelt emotions and family relationships. She also shared that it is something she has never been a part of. "The characters are very relatable and have a unique storyline. For me, it’s unlike anything I've been a part of before. I'm stepping into a very different character, and you'll see me in an avatar like never before, I'm truly excited for that," she said.
The series is set to release on Netflix and stars Sudeep Kishan, Mithila Palkar, and Murali Sharma in pivotal roles.
