Sumanth’s next film title confirmed

In recent weeks, Akkineni Sumanth’s upcoming film's shoot has commenced and today the makers of the movie have announced its official title as ‘

Idam Jagath

’. Debutant Anil Srikantam is helming the project. Anju Kurian is playing the female lead in the film.

While the film is in its pre-production phase, the makers have shared the title poster on social media. Sources say for the first time Sumanth will play a photojournalist with negative shades to his role.

Apart from ‘Idam Jagath’, Sumanth will be seen in the Santosh Jagarlapudi directorial film ‘Subrahmanyapuram’. Eesha Rebba is playing his love interest in the film. However, an official announcement regarding the cast and crew details is yet awaited.

Touted to be an action thriller, the film is expected to release in summer. Sumanth was last seen in the romantic entertainer ‘Malli Raava’
