According to confirmed sources, Sumanth will reprise the lead role in the Telugu remake of Malayalam gangster-comedy
Padayottam
. The untitled project will be directed by Vinu Yagna and newbie Aima has been roped in as the leading lady. While the shooting is set to kick-off from December 15, the film will be jointly bankrolled by Tammineni Janardhan Rao and Sharma Chukka under East India Talkies and The Manthra Entertainments.
