Mahesh Babu and director Trivikram Srinivas’s next project, which has been tentatively titled 'SSSMB 28', was officially launched in February this year. Having delivered hits like 'Athadu' and 'Khaleja, the duo of Mahesh and Trivikram has reunited for another commercial film.
After several months, it looks like Mahesh Babu has joined the sets of #SSMB28 on Monday, September 12, in Hyderabad. The actor reportedly began shooting for the Trivikram directorial film, which is scheduled to release on April 28, 2023. It is said that Pooja Hegde has been roped in as the lead actress for the project, which marks her second time association with Mahesh Babu after 'Maharshi'. Samyuktha Menon has reportedly been roped into play a key role in the movie.
#SSMB28 is being produced by S Radha Krishna under his banner Haarika & Hassine Creations. S Thaman, who has directed brilliant soundtracks for films like 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo', 'Vakeel Saab', 'Akhanda', 'Bheemla Nayak' and 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata', will be composing music for 'SSMB 28'.
This morning, the musician had dropped hints that the shooting was to begin on Monday. He took to Twitter and shared Mahesh’s pic with the caption, ''The Journey & the Dream Begins Today #SSMB28. @urstrulyMahesh gaaru & #Trivikram gaaru. God bless.''
The technical crew also includes PS Vinod as the Director of Photography, Naveen Nooli as the editor and AS Prakash as the production designer.
