The makers of the upcoming film ‘Srinivasa Mangapuram’ have unveiled the first look of veteran actor
Mohan Babu as Venkatappayya Naidu. The film marks the debut of Mahesh Babu’s nephew Jaya Krishna Ghattamaneni. It also includes the Telugu debut of Rasha Thadani, daughter of Raveena Tandon.
A fierce and authoritative first look
Donning the character perfectly, Mohan Babu is seen in a very strong and fierce mood. He has salt-and-pepper hair and a thick moustache and men with weapons walk behind him, showing he is an authoritative figure. He wears a white kurta and dhoti. He is seen walking forward with confidence, creating a calm but dangerous atmosphere. The actor will play a key role in the film.
Sharing the poster the makers took to their Instagram handle and wrote, “Introducing the Legendary @themohanbabu garu as ‘VENKATAPPAYA NAIDU’ from #SrinivasaMangapuram. Brace yourselves for his towering performance in a role carved with power and pride.”
About the director
The film is directed by Ajay Bhupathi, known for intense and raw films. He has directed films like ‘RX 100’ and ‘Mangalavaaram’. It looks to be a romance action movie.
Debutants Jaya Krishna and Rasha Thadani
Earlier, the makers unveiled Jaya Ghattamaneni’s look where he is seen riding a bike and appears fierce. On the other hand, they also shared a poster of Rasha Thandani. She dons a purple kurti in a garden, creating a mesmerizing and adorable look. She is engulfed by beautiful Amaryllis flowers and greenery.
The music will be composed by GV Prakash Kumar.
Speaking of Mohan Babu’s work front, the actor will also be seen in a gritty role in Natural Star Nani’s upcoming movie, ‘The Paradise’ where he plays the role of the character Shikanja Maalik.
