NTR & YSR which are in the final stages of shoot, here comes interesting news regarding the biopic of one among India’s most aggressive Chief Ministers,
Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao fondly known as
KCR.

Srikanth Meka
is stepping into the shoes of Telangana
Chief Minister
KCR in the latter’s biopic titled as
‘Telangana Devudu’
. Currently on the floors, the propaganda film will depict the mass leader’s inspirational rise from a humble childhood in a small village to making it big in politics to emerging as a separate state campaigner and eventually, becoming the first CM of the newly-formed state of Telangana.
Though Srikanth doesn’t have any similarities with KCR either in terms of looks, appearance, language or behaviour, the 50-year-old actor is prepping up by closely observing the videos of this
TRS party founder and trying to imitate his trademark histrionics. Senior character artist-cum-writer Uttej is helping his friend to get a firm hold on
Telangana dialect.
Directed by debutant Harish, the political film casts a big list of actors like Posani Krishna Murali, Brahmanandam, Suman and Ali in pivotal roles. ‘Telangana Devudu’ is expected to hit the screens ahead of the upcoming Telangana
General Elections.
