The late screen-legend
Sridevi has been immortalised as a wax statue at Madame Tussauds, Singapore.
Her wax statue is all set to be unveiled tomorrow, something her husband Boney Kapoor too shared on social media. He wrote, “Sridevi lives forever in not just our hearts but also in the hearts of millions of her fans. Eagerly waiting to watch the unveiling of her figure at Madam Tussauds, Singapore on September 4, 2019.
#SrideviLivesForever” (sic) Sridevi’s daughter Jahnavi Kapoor reportedly left for Singapore on Sunday.
A video Madame Tussauds Singapore shared reveals that the actress has been immortalised in her Hawa Hawai avatar from Mr India. The actress donned a gold coloured costume for the now-iconic song, one of her most fashionable avatars. The 11-second long video even sees the wax statue artists put finishing touches over the super-realistic statue. This statue makes it Sridevi’s first and only wax figure.
Masame Tussauds Singapore is also home for ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ star
Mahesh Babu’s wax statue.
