She began her acting career as a child artist in films. She appeared in Hanuman Junction, Yuvaraju and Veede.

Sri Divya will be sharing screen space with Atharvaa Murali once again in their upcoming film Othaikku Othai which also stars Chandhana Raj, Vidya Pradeep, Narain and Ashok. The film has been directed by Barnesh and produced by D Dinesh Karthick under the banner of Vision i Medias. The film has cinematography by Dinesh Krishnan, while RK Selva is on board as the editor for the venture. Justin Prabhakaran will be taking care of the music.
