'Spirit' to be delayed as Prabhas juggles multiple projects

Pan-India star Prabhas has various projects lined up with him, he is gearing up for the release of his highly awaited film, 'Kalki 2898 AD' and is now immersed in the shooting of the horror-comedy flick 'The Raja Saab'. Apart from these films, he has also finalized projects with other filmmakers.

One of the projects is with the 'Animal' director Sandeep Reddy Vanga, it has been announced that Prabhas will be working with Vanga in the upcoming film 'Spirit' which will feature Prabhas as a cop. The director has clarified multiple times that 'Spirit' might start in December. Though the film is expected to get more delayed.

However, the latest report by Gulte, Prabhas has given the green light to director Hanu Raghavapudi's latest project, a romantic film that has a plot in the vintage war era. Sources suggest that the storyline has evolved into a captivating love story blended with thrilling action. The film is rumoured to kick off with its Muhurath ceremony in May 2024, potentially starting production ahead of Prabhas' upcoming project, 'Spirit'. There have not been any official announcements by the actor or the makers about the film right now, though if it turns out to be true, 'Spirit' is likely to get delayed.

Prabhas in the near future will be likely seen for promotional events of the upcoming film 'Kalki 2898 AD' which has Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani in this mythological sci-fi drama thriller. The movie is directed by Nag Ashwin, the film was initially announced to be released on May 9, 2024, but now is likely to be released in June.
