Sobhita Dhulipala’s sister jokes 'Dad was pissed' at her wedding with Naga Chaitanya

The newlywed couple Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala have been the talk of the town for the last couple of months, who finally got married on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at the iconic Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. Now pictures and videos from the wedding are circulating on the internet. Interestingly, a picture shared by Sobhita's sister Samanta caught attention.

A picture shared by her sister captured a touching moment between Sobhita, her father Venugopal Rao, and her sister Samanta. In the video, while Sobhita appeared to be enjoying herself, her father maintained a serious expression, which prompted Samanta to jokingly comment on Instagram that "my dad was pissed."

The wedding itself was a beautiful affair, with Sobhita wearing a stunning golden Kanjivaram saree adorned with traditional jewellery. Naga Chaitanya complemented her look in a classic white pancha. A viral video from the ceremony captured the emotional moment when Naga Chaitanya tied the mangalsutra around Sobhita's neck, which made the 'Made in Heaven' actress in tears of joy and from her as family members.

Following their wedding, Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita made their first public appearance as husband and wife at the Sri Bhramarambika Sametha Mallikarjuna Swamy Devasthanam (Srisailam Temple) in Andhra Pradesh. They were joined by Naga Chaitanya's father, Nagarjuna Akkineni, for this spiritual visit where they sought blessings for their new life together.

The couple's wedding was attended by numerous celebrities from the film industry, including prominent figures like Chiranjeevi, Nayanthara, and Ram Charan. Nagarjuna took to social media to share his joy about the occasion, welcoming Sobhita into the Akkineni family and expressing his happiness for his son.
