SJ Suryah makes a bold statement about Nani's 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram'; compares it with a Kollywood hit

Nani’s upcoming action-thriller film, 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram,' directed by Vivek Athreya, is creating a buzz on the internet. The special video, unveiled to celebrate the birthday of SJ Suryah today, introduces his character as the ruthless Narakasur, playing the antagonist. The actor shared an intriguing comment about the film.

SJ Suryah is also part of the Dhanush starrer 'Raayan' and during promotions for 'Raayan,' Suryah shared about 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram.' He expressed his belief that the film will be a major success in Telugu cinema, similar to how 'Maanaadu' did in Kollywood with its mind-bending sci-fi storyline.

SJ Suryah said, "'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram' will be a huge hit in Telugu like how Maanaadu worked in Tamil." as per a 123Telugu report.

'Maanaadu' was praised for its innovative plot and execution. 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram' featuring Nani in the lead role, is expected to blend intense drama and action. In the film SJ Suryah’s character will be a ruthless and fearsome traits of Narakasur, while Nani takes on a character reminiscent of Lord Krishna. Priyanka Mohan stars opposite Nani as the female lead.

'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram' is set for a grand release on August 29, in multiple languages including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.
