Siddharth's Midnight Children goes to Toronto Film Festival

Actor Siddharth���s ���Midnight's Children��� and Sridevi���s comeback movie ���English-Vinglish��� are shortlisted for big screening at 37th Toronto International Film Festival. Siddharth���s film is the onscreen adaptation of Salman Rushdie���s 1980 book, which deals with India's transition from British colonialism to independence and the partition of India.
Siddharth plays the role of Shiva while Shriya Saran will be seen in an important role in this film, which was majorily shot in Colombo.
Sridevi���s comeback film ���English-Vinglish��� will also be premiered at the Toronto Film Festival. The film is a funny story about how and Indian woman who struggles struggles to learn English to help her family.
Also, Meera Nair's movie ���Reluctant Fundamentalist��� based on Mohsin Hamid's novel will be premiered at the festival, which will take place from Sep 6 ��� 16, 2012.
