Satya Dev on board for a vital role in Chiranjeevi Konidela's Godfather

Jayam Mohan Raja’s Godfather already boasts of a stellar cast list and the makers announced on Thursday that Satya Dev has been roped in too.
The film that is a remake of the Malayalam hit Lucifer also stars Nayanthara, Salman Khan, Puri Jagannadh and others in key roles. But unlike the cameos by Salman and Puri, Satya Dev has been roped in for a vital and full-fledged role, clarify makers. Excited about the prospect of working with Chiranjeevi, Satya Dev shared a picture with him, writing, “అన్నయ్యా, నటనలో జీవితంలో మాలాంటి ఎందరికో ఆచార్య మీరు.అభిమానిగా గుండెల్లో చిరకాలం తలిచేది మీ పేరునే. మిమ్మల్ని చూసే నటుడిగా మారాను. ఈరోజు ఆచార్య సినిమాలో కాసేపైనా మీతోపాటూ కనిపించే అదృష్టం కలిగింది.మీ కష్టం, క్రమశిక్షణ దగ్గర నుంచి చూసి నేర్చుకునే అవకాశం దక్కింది. @KChiruTweets. (sic)” revealing that he plays a short role in Acharya too.

Cinematographer Nirav Shah has been roped in for the cinematography of Godfather while Thaman S composes the music and Suresh Selvarajan takes care of the art direction.
