'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' star Mahesh Babu to undergo knee surgery; shoot halted?

Tollywood star Mahesh Babu has been busy with the shooting of his next with director Parasuram Petla. Titled 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata,' the film has Keerthy Suresh in the lead. The shooting of the movie was happening at a brisk phase. The team recently filmed a song along with some important scenes in Spain. The final schedule was begun in Hyderabad recently. A fight sequence and a song will be shot in this schedule in a specially erected set.
According to the reports, the shooting of 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' has been halted. Sources say Mahesh Babu has been suffering from an acute knee problem for quite some time. The actor has undergone several tests and will be prepped for surgery soon. It is for this reason that the shooting is likely to be postponed for a few days. For this surgery, Mahesh is going to take a break from shooting and take a rest. So, the shooting will reportedly be postponed for two months. However, official information in this regard is yet to be awaited.

'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' was scheduled to release on January 13, 2022. But this time, three big-tickets movies like SS Rajamouli’s 'RRR,' Pawan Kalyan’s 'Bheemla Nayak' and Prabhas’s 'Radhe Shyam' are eyeing the Sankranti season. The release of 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' has been postponed in the wake of the competition. 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' will now release on April 1, 2022, as a summer treat. The project is jointly produced by Mythri Movie Makers, 14 Reels Plus and G Mahesh Babu Entertainment.
