According to a report by Sacnilk, the film earned over Rs 23 crore on its first day, which was a Tuesday. On the following day, the film continued its momentum, raking in more than Rs 20 crore on Wednesday, bringing its total earnings to approximately Rs 43 crore within just two days.

The film's performance has been bolstered by positive word-of-mouth and strong occupancy rates. On January 15, 'Sankranthiki Vasthunam' recorded an overall Telugu occupancy rate of 74.32%. The morning shows saw an occupancy of 61.01%, while afternoon, evening, and night shows reported figures of 78.04%, 78.63%, and 79.59%, respectively. This indicates a robust interest from audiences during the festive period.

Directed by Anil Ravipudi, the film features Venkatesh alongside Meenakshi Chaudhary and Aishwarya Rajesh in lead roles. The story revolves around Raju, an ex-cop who investigates a missing person case while facing the situation of a love triangle involving his ex-lover and his wife.

Despite facing competition from other releases like Ram Charan's 'Game Changer' and Nandamuri Balakrishna's 'Daaku Maharaaj', 'Sankranthiki Vasthunam' has emerged, performing well in this festive season. Meanwhile, Nandamuri Balakrishna's recently released 'Daaku Maharaaj' has crossed Rs 86 crores worldwide.
