Samantha copying Sonam and Deepika?

We like Samantha ��� the movies she does, the charm she exudes, her sense of style��� Ok, correction. Strike out the ���style��� bit for now. For all the hosannas we sang of the great ���Samantha Style Transformation���, turns out, the Tollywood diva, and her stylist, have been taking a leaf (or more) out of Sonam Kapoor and Deepika Padukone���s style book!
Samantha's recent appearance at an audio function on Sunday proves this.Barely a couple of months after Sonam Kapoor���s smashing appearance at the Cannes red carpet in an Anamika Khanna fusion sari, Sam decides to pull off a Sonam by donning a similar outfit by the same designer! The footwear too wasn���t very different. The only trouble is that while Sonam owned this look, Sam���s crumpled sari and ill-fitting blouse didn���t do much for her. And to make things worse, her stylist decided to add a bit of Deepika to her look, in the form of a headgear, similar to what the Padukone gal had worn back in February 2014. A little digging up will reveal that more heartbreak is in store for fans of Sam���s bold, new style evolution.
Many of Samantha���s recent sartorial choices show that her style statements are too inspired by Bollywood divas. It���s almost like her stylist is making a scrapbook out of the coolest looks of Deepika and Sonam, and copying them to dress up Samantha. And turns out, this has been going on for a while now. Not sure if Sam realises it.
Back in December 2012, Sonam sported a white sari with a thin, black border for an event. A month later (January 2013), Sam was styled in the exact manner ��� she wore a similar sari for the platinum disc function of Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu. And this time, she even went with similar make up, down to the red lipstick! Oh, Sam!
From the pages of the same style scrapbook, looks like Sam���s stylist found a look Deepika had sported back in July 2013 ��� an Arpita Mehta lemon-yellow sari, teamed with a pink mirror work blouse. So, Sam was seen sporting something similar in April 2014, at the launch of a multiplex. Of course, the color scheme was different. But then, Sam���s stylist perhaps forgot to check that the trademark Arpita Mehta blouse had already been worn by Yami Gautam, Amala Paul and Madhuri Dixit, much before Sam could jump the bandwagon. And then there���s the sari gown which has a major sense of d��j�� vu to it.
Sam draped it to the audio launch of her latest film with Naga Chaitanya, in January, whereas Chitrangda Singh wore something similar back in October 2013. So uninspired! Well, guess it���s time for Sam to have a chat with her stylist. After all, Tollywood���s most successful heroine should ideally be making original style statements, and not toeing someone else���s ���style line���.
