Samantha Akkineni keeps her promise and gifts a car to a female auto driver

, who’s known for her philanthropic work as much as she’s known for her acting skills and business acumen, has won hearts of fans once again.

Keeping her promise, the actress gifted a car to a female auto driver who was battling poverty due to the pandemic. The auto driver Kavitha visited the sets of Samantha’s talk show earlier this year. She revealed that she was a victim of domestic violence and decided to fend for herself soon. By driving an auto from Miyapur to Bachupally, she has been taking care of her seven sister too after their parents’ passing. Seeing as how she has been struggling to make ends meet, Samantha promised to gift her a car to help her run a cab service.

As promised, Kavitha received a car reportedly worth Rs 12.5 lakh from the actress. Movie buffs and fans are head-over-heels over her kind gesture and can’t help but fawn about it on social media.
