‘Saamy’: The Vikram starrer awarded ‘U’ certificate by Censor Board

The Telugu version of the Vikram starrer ‘Saamy Square’, titled ‘Saamy’ was cleared by the Censor Board with a ‘U’ certificate on Wednesday.
According to the reliable sources, the Censor Board authorities also appreciated the efforts of the cast and crew, especially Vikram, who is back as a sincere cop in the film. With the film obtaining Censor clearance, it is now clear that ‘Saamy’ will release simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil.
It is believed that Vikram adviced his filmmakers to come up with neat entertainers, which can be watched by all sections of the audiences.‘Saamy’ is an action entertainer, which has Keerthy Suresh playing Vikram’s love interest and Prabhu Ganesan starring in a pivotal role. Bankrolled by Thameens Films, the film also stars Bobby Simha, John Vijay, Soori, Ramesh Khanna and Delhi Ganesh among others.
