RS Suresh’s ‘Weapon’ to release in summer

Director RS Suresh’s ‘Weapon’ will be having a summer release, according to a statement released by the makers. The film stars Avinash, Pradeep Rawat, Raja Roy, Raju and Madhu Babu.
According to the statement, about 90 percent of the shooting has been completed and the final schedule will start from March 20 onwards. The film is being produced by Sharma Chukka and executively produced by Sabbarapu Prakash under the banner of Mantra Entertainments.
‘Weapon’ is an action-drama which is a war between two gangs and it apparently justifies the title. Known for its hit films like ‘Mangala’ and ‘Criminals’, Mantra Entertainments is hoping that this film would be a hit more than the previous flicks.
Team ‘Weapon’ has reportedly been wanting some time to market the film in a positive light.
