While Baahubali duology was extensively shot in the lavish sets erected at Ramoji Film City, SS Rajamouli decided to film
RRR
at real locations across the country. While the first schedule featuring both
Junior NTR and
Ram Charan was wrapped up in December, the second schedule featured a high-octane action sequence canned on Ram Charan in Hyderabad. Recently, the entire team of RRR flew to Baroda for an extensive Gujarat-Maharashtra schedule. However, due to Ram Charan’s ankle injury, the makers have returned home after completing a minor portion of the shoot in
Gujarat
.
During the mega press-conference which took place last month, SS Rajamouli revealed that English actress Daisy Edgar-Jones is roped in to play the female lead opposite Junior NTR. The ace filmmaker promised that the terrific actress will have a crucial role to play in the magnum opus. Surprisingly, Daisy decided to walk out from the big project and mentioned ‘Family circumstances’ as a reason.
The exit was confirmed by both the foreign beauty and the makers of RRR on social media. Wonder who will be her replacement!
RRR is a fictitious story based on two legendary freedom fighters,
Alluri Seetharamaraju
and
Komaram Bheem
. The film unveils the hidden story of both the rebels away of home in Delhi before they started fighting for the country.
