Roja faints, hospitalised

Congress MLA candidate from Nagiri Assembly constituency in Chittoor district and former actress Roja was hospitalised on Friday after she fainted due to sunstroke. The actress was rushed to a nearby hospital where doctors recommended her to rest for a day. Roja, who is currently active on television, is contesting opposite TDP senior leader Gali Muddukrishnama Naidu.With elections just around the corner (May 7) and candidates are doing all they can to connect to people and naturally, they're stressing a lot in the sweltering heat. Doctors, however, suggested that they should take precautionary measures to stay fit in the soaring heat.
