Richa Gangopadhyay in Karthi's Biryani

Richa Gangopadhyay has started gaining momentum after a brief hiatus. The Bengali beauty has accepted an offer in Tamil, and this time Richa would be playing Karthi's romantic interest in his upcoming film 'Biryani'. Directed by Venkat Prabhu, Biryani is an upcoming mass entertainer and Richa Gangopadhyay has given the green signal to be part of the big project apparently.
Venkat Prabhu said that he would finalize rest of the cast and crew shortly and will make an official announcement. Richa recently okayed couple of Telugu films ' 'Sar Osthara' starring Ravi Teja and 'Bhai' with Akkineni Nagarjuna. She was last seen in 'Osthe' opposite Simbu and she also won several awards for her performance in her debut film in Tamil ' Mayakkam Enna ' which had Dhanush as her on-screen pair.
