Tollywood lyricist Suddala Ashok Teja
will undergo
liver transplant surgery
at a private hospital in Hyderabad on Saturday, reports suggested. He has been suffering from
liver disease
for years, and he was listed in critical condition when he was admitted to the hospital on Friday morning.
The surgical procedure, which is slated to happen today, aids in the transplant of the liver, reports further added. He is under constant vigil and monitoring, to keep checking up his health condition. He has also been advised rest in the weeks following the surgery. His
son Arjun
decided to donate part of his liver to his father.
Suddala Ashok Teja has given many great songs which are popular even today. The songs
