Puri Jagannadh launched Bollywood starlet
Neha Sharma along with Ram Charan in Chirutha. However, Neha couldn't manage to make a decent career in Tollywood and moved back to Bollywood. Years later, Neha's sister Aisha was supposed to make her Tollywood debut with Ram's Shivam but was dropped later.
After several months long wait, Aisha finally signed her Tollywood debut film, Naga Chaitanya's Majnu.
The film's unit was on an actress-hunt for a long time and finally zeroed in on Aisha Sharma. The shooting has been underway at Andhra Unversity in Vizag and the unit is currently canning the scenes between
Naga Chaitanya and
Shruti Haasan.
However, looks like Aisha's Tollywood dreams are short-lived once again. As per the latest reports, the Majnu unit has replaced Aisha Sharma with Regina Cassandra. Apparently, the makers screen-tested Aisha and Naga Chaitanya and come to a conclusion that Aisha looked too young opposite Naga Chaitanya.
Earlier, Aisha and Chay were supposed to team up for the final episode of the film, which shows a matured Chay. Let's hope that Aisha's bad luck in Tollywood will end soon with a grand debut.
