Rashmika Mandanna reacts to 'Kingdom' teaser; Calls Vijay Deverakonda's film 'ALWAYS comes up with something mental!'

The makers of the upcoming Vijay Deverakonda starrer shared the title and teaser of the film. The teaser created a frenzy among fans who have been sharing their opinion about the 1 minute 56 second teaser. Rashmika Mandanna shared her reaction to the teaser.

The 'Geetha Govindam' actress took to her Instagram story and wrote, "This man always...ALWAYS comes up with something mental! Vijay Deverakonda So proud!". Deverakonda responded with a simple "Rushiee".

'Kingdom' appears to be set in a fictional world that is both expansive and dark. The teaser which was released shows the film to be an epic-scale movie because it hints at a story that is larger than life, with a hero's character being author-backed.

Vijay Deverakonda is seen in a fierce and dynamic avatar. The teaser features unique narrations in different languages, with Jr NTR voicing the Telugu version, Suriya the Tamil version, and Ranbir Kapoor the Hindi version. The makers said that these raw and powerful voices would showcase the film's passion, emotion, and intensity. The story hints at a reincarnation theme.

The film is directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri of 'Jersey' fame. Anirudh Ravichander is composing the music, with cinematography by Jomon T John and Girish Gangadharan, editing by Navin Nooli, and production design by Avinash Kolla.

Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda have been rumoured to be in a relationship since they worked together on the film 'Geetha Govindam' released in 2018. Neither has publicly confirmed or denied the relationship.

Meanwhile, Rashmika Mandanna is also actively promoting her upcoming film 'Chhaava,' alongside Vicky Kaushal. The historical action drama is scheduled for release on February 14, 2025, and stars Kaushal as Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj and Mandanna as Maharani Yesubai.
