next film

Rana was last seen in Nene Raju Nene Mantri, apart from the NTR biopics and fans have been waiting to catch the actor on-screen again. Hyderabad Times has now learnt that Rana, who’s passionate about experimenting, has given the green signal to a film that will be directed by Milind Rau of
Gruham
fame.
Milind has already narrated the story to Rana, who loved it! The next film, just like Gruham, will also be a
supernatural
thriller, but with a heavy dose of action thrown in. The film is also touted to be high on VFX. It will be produced by
Suresh Productions
, along with Achanta Gopinath. Rana’s next will be mounted on a massive budget and will surely be one to watch out for. Details of rest of the cast and crew are awaited and the film’s announcement will be made soon.
Apart from this, Rana Daggubati has a few films already lined up. He changed his whole look for the multi-lingual film Aranya/Kaadan/Haathi Mere Saathi, which is currently in post-production. Rana also shot for Venky Kudumula’s
Virata Parvam
, which also stars
Sai Pallavi, Nandita Das and Priyamani in lead roles.
Rana was recently in the news after he announced that he’s taken and shared a picture with Miheeka Bajaj during the lockdown. The couple even had a lockdown wedding that was attended only by their families on August 8 at Ramanaidu Studios. In the whole week leading up to the wedding, Rana and Miheeka’s pre-wedding ceremonies was all anyone could talk about.
