Rana Daggubati gives his nod to a pan-India film

Actor Rana Daggubati’s next film has been announced and while not many details have been revealed, the film’s team has stated that it’ll be

pan-India

.

Producers Achanta Gopi and Ram Babu Ch will be bankrolling the project that’ll start rolling once the actor wraps up shooting for his film with Pawan Kalyan. The film is expected to be mounted on a high budget and based on a good concept. The director and other lead roles for the project will be finalised soon, say the makers.

Rana is currently acting in the

Telugu

remake of Ayyappanum Koshiyum, which will be one of the biggest multi-starrers in

Tollywood

. Malayalam actors Prithiviraj Sukumaran and Biju Menon have acted in the roles of Ayyappanum and Koshy roles in the original and the gripping plot made this movie a huge blockbuster in Mollywood. Director Sagar Chandra, who earlier directed Appatlo Okadundevadu is helming the remake which will see a screenplay penned by Trivikram Srinivas and music by Thaman S. Rana is likely to play Prithviraj Sukumaran’s role and Biju Menon’s will be played by Pawan Kalyan.

Rana Daggubati has also confirmed a film called Hiranyakashyap with director Gunasekhar.
