made by a fan.

Sharing a video which sees the characters check out their

invite

in a magical box, the fans wrote, “When Rana & Miheeka's wedding invitation come up with "Mayabazar" movie theme.” (sic) When Rana, who noticed the video that went viral, commented under the video with laughing emojis, fans went berserk wondering if the invite was true, seeing as how it had details of

wedding date

, venue and muhurtam in it. Many fans of Rana even shared the invite online, thinking it’s not fan-made. Not just Indians, even

Japanese

fans of Baahubali shared the video.


However, a spokesperson of Rana shared the video on his social media and clarified, “This #MayaBazar video recreated for 'Daggubati marriage invitation is created by fans not official, Venue details & time are completely wrong. @RanaDaggubati - #MiheekaBajaj. #RanaMiheekaWeddingCeremony.” (sic) Rana Daggubati and Miheeka’s

roka ceremony

took place in May, soon after he announced on social media that he had found his special someone. While there was speculation that the couple will tie the knot at a winter wedding, there was buzz later on that they’ll get married much earlier, on August 8 to be specific.

The families of the bride and groom to be are however yet to confirm their wedding date and venue. But whenever they do, the ceremony will be limited to just close friends and family, keeping the coronavirus norms in mind. Further details are awaited.
