nine years

of its release today. Kandireega was an action comedy-drama written and directed by Santosh Srinivas and produced by Bellamkonda Suresh under the banner of Sri Sai Ganesh Productions in association with Multi dimension Entertainments Private Limited.

The film starred Ram Pothineni in the lead role with Hansika Motwani, Sonu Sood and Aksha Pardasany also included in the star cast. SS Thaman had composed the music for this venture with Prasad cranking the camera and Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao doing the edits. Kandireega is the story of a village youth Sreenu who heads to the city to study well falls in love with his co-student Shruti after he chases away his rival Bhavani. However, Sreenu falls into trouble when local goon Rajanna kidnaps Shruthi and asks Sreenu to marry his daughter.

Sravanthi Ravi Kishore is producing the film under Sri Sravanthi Movies banner.
