Ram Charan's latest film, 'Game Changer', directed by Shankar Shanmugam, was touted to be one of the most anticipated releases on January 10, 2025. Last year it was announced that Amazon Prime Video has acquired the OTT rights for a significant amount and is expected to announce the digital release date soon. A 123Telugu report suggests that 'Game Changer' may premiere on the platform on February 6, 2025, although an official confirmation is still awaited.

In 23 days of its release 'Game Changer' has collected approximately Rs 130.74 crores in India. However, its box office performance has been declining steadily, with the film earning only Rs 6 lakhs on its twenty-third day. Initially, the film opened strong with a collection of Rs 51 crores on its first day but struggled to maintain that momentum in the following weeks.

The political action thriller stars Ram Charan in dual roles as Ram Nandan, an IAS officer, and Appanna, his father who is a political leader. The film also features Kiara Advani as Ram Nandan's love interest, along with a strong supporting cast that includes SJ Suryah, Anjali, Srikanth, and Jayaram.

The plot revolves around Ram Nandan's journey as he takes on the role of a district magistrate in Visakhapatnam. After resigning from his position as an IPS officer to fulfil a promise to his love, Deepika, he confronts widespread corruption and illegal activities orchestrated by powerful political figures, including the corrupt Chief Minister Bobbili Mopidevi, played by SJ Suryah.
