Ram Charan's 'Game Changer' runtime is set for THIS long: reports

The political drama film 'Game Changer', starring Ram Charan and Kiara Advani, is set to hit theatres on January 10, 2025, with the film soon to be releasaed in less than a month reports circulated about the runtime of the film.

According to industry insider Manobala Vijayabalan, the film's runtime is expected to be 162 minutes, or 2 hours and 42 minutes.

Directed by the renowned filmmaker Shankar, 'Game Changer' is a political action drama that features Ram Charan in the role of an IAS officer determined to eradicate corruption from the political system.

The teaser for 'Game Changer' was released a couple of weeks ago, giving audiences a glimpse of what to expect. It showcased Ram Charan in multiple looks, hinting at the possibility of him taking on dual roles in the film. The chemistry between Ram Charan and Kiara Advani is another highlight, as this film reunites them after their previous collaboration in 'Vinaya Vidheya Rama'. This will also be Kiara's third Telugu film.

The makers have also released the three singles from the movie. The latest track is a romantic duet featuring Ram Charan and Kiara Advani. However, the song has received mixed reviews from fans, with some expressing disappointment over its lyrical video.

Speaking of the 'RRR' star's upcoming projects he is currently working on, tentatively titled 'RC16'. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, this sports drama will feature Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead and Shiva Rajkumar in a pivotal role, with music composed by AR Rahman.

The film will be a pan-India release. Originally it was slated to be released during Christmas later was announced to hit the big screens during the Sankranti festive.
