Ram Charan starrer 'RC16' team to heads to Delhi for next schedule in March: Report

Ram Charan is working on his upcoming sports drama film 'RC16' directed by Buchi Babu Sana who is known for the film 'Uppena'. The film is currently in the production phase and recent updates suggest the makers will be travelling to Delhi to shoot the next sequence.

According to a report by 123Telugu, the filming is progressing well, after wrapping up several scenes featuring power cricket the makers are planning to shift their schedule to the next part as they will be travelling to the national capital during the first week of March.

After wrapping up scenes featuring "Power Cricket," the team will shift their focus to wrestling sequences.

the film features Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead, marking her second outing in Telugu cinema after her debut in 'Devara: Part 1.' The film will star Kannada actor Shiva Rajkumar and Divyendu Sharma from 'Mirzapur.' The music for 'RC16' is composed by the musical genius A.R. Rahman.

In preparation for his role, Ram Charan has undergone rigorous physical training to portray a sportsperson authentically. The film's title and teaser are set to be revealed on Ram Charan's birthday, March 27, which has fans eagerly awaiting further details. There are rumours that the film is titled, 'Peddi'.

The film is set to be a rural sports drama film set in the backdrop of Andhra Pradesh.

After the recent failure of 'Game Changer' which performed poorly at the box office Ram Charan is expected to make a comeback with the upcoming film. Reports suggest that he may even take a pay cut for future collaborations with producer Dil Raju to help mitigate losses from "Game Changer.

Looking ahead, he will be also working with Sukumar for a film tentatively titled, 'RC17'. This marks their collaboration after 'Rangasthalam' which was a super hit.
