Ram Charan reminisces on one year of Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy

October 2^nd marks the one year anniversary of the period film Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’s release.
Directed by Surender Reddy, the film saw Chiranjeevi Konidela in the lead role, apart from stars like Nayanthara, Tamannaah, Amitabh Bachchan, Kiccha Sudeep and Vijay Sethupathi in key roles. Chiru’s son Ram Charan produced the film that hit screens on Gandhi Jayanthi and reminiscing about the film’s release, he wrote, “Best EXPERIENCE!! Best CAST!! & A BRILLIANT team!! A year since #SyeRaa released.Thank you one and all. @SrBachchan @KChiruTweets @DirSurender #Nayanthara @KicchaSudeep @VijaySethuOffl @IamJagguBhai @ravikishann @tamannaahspeaks @KonidelaPro #MahatmaGandhi.” (sic)
He also shared a video that shows a sneak-peek into the behind-the-scenes of the film’s shoot and ends with a quote by Gandhi. While Chiranjeevi is yet to put out a post regarding the same at the time of writing, Surender Reddy also reminisced and wrote, “1 year for #SyeRaaNarasimhaReddy! An experience I'll cherish forever Smiling face with smiling eyes Will always be thankful to Mega Star @KChiruTweets Garu for trusting me with such an ambitious film @AlwaysRamCharan for his continued support. Sincere thanks to @SrBachchan Garu being a part of this film.” (sic) He also thanked the cast and crew, apart from the audience who loved the film.
Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy told the story of freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy who fought against the British. And even if his fight ended with him being hung to death, Jhansi Lakshmibai tells her warriors his story, to inspire them in their fight against the British. This special role was played by Anushka Shetty.
