As announced earlier, the pooja ceremony of the film took place on Friday in Hyderabad. While Ram Charan graced the occasion as the chief guest and clapped the muhurat shot on Manoj, Manchu Lakshmi switched on the camera and the bound script was passed by Mohan Babu and Paruchuri Brothers. Pics and clips from the grand launch are doing the rounds on the internet.
While TV host-cum-actress Priya Bhavani Shankar has been roped in as the leading lady in Aham Brahmasmi, popular Kollywood actor Samuthirakani will be seen in a pivotal role. The regular shooting will kick-off pretty soon.
Meanwhile, speculations are rife that Manchu Manoj will reportedly be seen as an Aghori in some parts of the film. Considering the Sanskrit aphorism ‘Aham Brahmasmi’ in the title and its significance among Aghoris, it wouldn’t be a surprise if the protagonist is actually an Aghori. However, there is no official confirmation on the news.
Sharing the first look on his social handle, Manoj wrote “#AB is all set to make some loud noise after the years of my absence on screen. Promising you some goosebumps with this crime, comedy & action packed film.”
