Rakshasudu: Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas’ film gets U/A Certificate

Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas’ Rakshasudu is one of the highly anticipated films this season. After recently completing the censor formalities, the film has been awarded a U/A certificate. Sources close to the crew say that the film has been censored with no cuts and it will have a duration around 2.29 hours (149 minutes).
Rakshasudu, directed by Ramesh Varma, stars Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas in the lead role.The film tells the journey of an aspiring filmmaker who gives up on his dream and becomes a cop after his father’s death. However, mysterious deaths of schoolgirls set him down a dangerous path. The remake of Tamil hit film Ratsasan is slated to hit the marquee on August 2, 2019.
The film has a bevy of stars in the cast including Anupama Parameswaran, Saravanan, Vinod Sagar, Rajeev Kanakala, Vinodhini Vaidya Nathan, Surya, Suzane George, Kasi Viswanath, and Tanikella Bharani. Ghibran is the music director of this flick with Venkat C Dilip being the cinematographer and Amar Reddy is the editor. Satyanarayana Koneru has produced the film under the banner of A Studios LLP. Abhishek Pictures has bagged the distribution rights of the film.
